It would help if the service department would advise how much time it will take. At 2 hrs & 15 minutes, I looked up average service times on the internet, realized it was within normal parameters. While I was there, I was not impressed with other customers experience # 1. Was from Enid, Waiting 2 hrs & you had the wrong part to fix her door window. She had just bought it, got the vehicle home, Calls with problem and was told your dealership knew the window didn't work. My opinion - why did you sell a vehicle with a known problem. Maybe she missed the disclaimer, maybe not. She was offered a tank of gas. #2. Was there for 3 hrs to get a battery problem fixed but 'having a computer problem and we don't know why it won't reset.' Offered a shuttle home. I didn't tell her NAPA will check batteries for free. It is absolutely no wonder to me that you have such a bad reputation. More
