My experience here was phenomenal! Andrew was great, very helpful, and full of knowledge. He answered all of my questions and didn’t make me feel bad for asking them. My son just had his first car buying experience at 518. It was not good. Bought a 2008 Cadillac on 5/28/2021, the very next day the car wouldn't start. He's been waiting all day for a tow truck to pickup It was not good. Bought a 2008 Cadillac on 5/28/2021, the very next day the car wouldn't start. He's been waiting all day for a tow truck to pickup the car, which never happen, but was told by 518 they would pick it up. Now he has to wait until 518 opens up again to deal with the situation, which he'll get the run around because he's young. I will be calling them as soon as they open! More
