I will never purchase another vehicle from here or refer a soul. Once you purchase they are done with you. I was locked out my vehicle due to a lost key and needed tow service. My insurance company didn’t a soul. Once you purchase they are done with you. I was locked out my vehicle due to a lost key and needed tow service. My insurance company didn’t have any available providers in network so I contacted the dealer to ask for the number for the roadside assistance they give when you purchase the vehicle for tires which also offers other road side assistance such as tow not related to tires and lockout, battery, etc. I was told the service department only has this information and they were closed. I asked to speak with someone who could at least give me a name or number for the company the dealer uses and was told they would send out a email and some one would call me ( this happened Saturday it is now Thursday and I still have yet to receive any calls from anyone) after calling back again I was given a number and told it was for roadside assistance. Well the number lead me to some guys voicemail and definitely was not for roadside or a tow. I asked to speak to Bernie the sells guy I dealt or a manager. Again told a email will go out and I would get a call and everyone was busy . Today Thursday I decided to go to the dealer to speak to someone about the issue of not being helped and not being able to be simple provided with a name or number. I was told that the roadside doesn’t cover this or that it cover tow but it limited this and that well guess what I needed a tow. Attitudes were Nonchalant as if really they could care less. Victoria then brings up out of nowhere my male friend who works for another dealership (Who did help me in getting a key) and tells me he should have this information. Excuse me he has nothing to do with this and I purchased my vehicle from 5 star. I then went back to the service department because my oil was being changed they were nice and guess what I see a huge sign the the roadside that say 24 roadside service for towing , lost key, lock out etc. I then looked at my service contract with the dealer and guess what there is also another company for roadside assistance. I then went back to speak with Victoria who told me I had none of these service to ask for clarification on if this roadside assistance on my service contact was the same as the tire roadside and if did I have access to these services (no longer talking about the key just general towing for future) she tells me this roadside is for if my engine goes out on the ride of the road, I said realistic who knows what’s wrong with their vehicle when they are stuck on the side of the road. I need to know can I call them the idiot then visibly get frustrated with me and becomes completely unprofessional and get to rambling on and on about a key. I advised her that I she was now being unprofessional and providing horrible customer service she told me she was not. Then again that I was no longer asking in regards to my previous situation I was inquiring to have knowledge on who I needed to call for future assistance especially being a single mother with young kids. I told her that as a consumer of her service she could not tell me how I felt. She then started rolling her eyes and said well I’m on lunch so sorry I can’t help you. Well why on earth did she interject herself when I initial asked to speak to someone else. Victoria is rude, unprofessional, and she will dismiss you and your concerns just as quickly as she get you to sign off on your paperwork. I told her she has lost a customer and I would not refer anyone to this dealer and she said she could care less. Horrible experience I was upset to the point of tears leaving this place. Never again I plan on posting this on all my social media platforms for all of my thousands of friends and follows to see. I bought my vehicle in January and I completely regret it if I have to deal with this type of customer service.
