Response time was terrible, they financed me through the wrong bank, and I had to wait at the dealership for 3 hours waiting to sign papers when I had everything completed prior to arriving at the dealershi wrong bank, and I had to wait at the dealership for 3 hours waiting to sign papers when I had everything completed prior to arriving at the dealership to avoid the long wait time. The finance person left to go home for a break knowing we were waiting to sign papers, and my vehicle wasn’t washed appropriately because I was told the lot attendant left when he was supposed to stay to wash and service the vehicle.
