Called to set up an appointment with service advisor Doug and left message. after 4 days of no return call i called and spoke to a different service advisor and set up an appointment. When i expressed my frustration at the counter they made it seem that that is normal business practice for them. I dont know how they stay in business like this! I would never refer anyone i know to use you service. Hopefully the right person who actually gives a crap will see this and remedy the situation. More
