I visited the dealer to see if buying a car here would be beter for me even through I went to another dealer closer. He then had Corey Casper work with him to finilize the deal. They followed me home to pick up the needed paperwork to complete the transaction. During the later parts of the sale I talked to Corey Casper who worked with Charlie and he has a lot od potential as a employee. I supervised many people at Duquese Light in the days before my retirement and would have loved to have such a friendly and easy to get along with person. This employee will always be a good contact for your dealership when meeting with customers. More

I went to #1 Cochran to shop for a Sante Fe. In the showroom I saw a Sonata and Corey took time to make sure that I had a chance to test drive both models. Corey was upfront and let me know from the beginning what they would be able to do as far as pricing without putting any pressure to buy. I felt it was a much more honest experience than what I had found at other dealers. I could not rate #1 Cochran in general or Corey specifically higher. More

I went to #1 Cochran Hyundai Monroeville to test drive the Hyundai Elantra and the Hyundai Accent. Calvin Clements showed me both cars and I test drove both of them. Calvin was very friendly and very informative about the Hyundai vehicles I test drove. He listened to my needs and what I was looking for in a car and asked appropriate questions. He made some suggestions about other vehicles I may want to consider given my specific needs and the information I gave him, but was not pushy, unpleasant, or aggressive. As I was leaving, I told still had to weigh the pros and cons of the several vehicles that I had test driven and talk with my husband. He did not try any last-minute tactics to pressure me into making a snap decision, but called back a few days later at an appropriate time to follow up. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, because the Kia Soul was a better fit for me than any of the Hyundai vehicles that were avialable in my price range. However, because of the great experience I had with Calvin at #1 Cochran Hyundai in Monroeville, I decided to purchase my Kia Soul from #1 Cochran Kia in Robinson ( rather than the dealership where I first test drove one) because of the great experience I had in Monroeville.
