I had already visited another dealership before Cochran and I wasn't very impressed or satisfiedwith my overall visit. But Cochran was just the opposite. I started with an internet quote from Jim McCoullough and then worked with Bill Dolon at the dealership. Bill was very informative, helpful, and friendly. He gave me information I never would have thought to ask for and anticipated all of my questions. He gave me a fair deal (lower than the quote from the other dealer, even with add-on accessories) and located the color and trim level I wanted within a few days. He walked me through the whole process and made me very comfortable with every feature the car had to offer. The whole experience was beyond what I would have expected. Thanks to Bill and #1 Cochran! I recently was at Hyundai to see what they had in stock cause I was in need of a better vehicle. When I arrived, I was greeted with loyalty and respect. I did not feel pressured to buy anything right at cause I was in need of a better vehicle. When I arrived, I was greeted with loyalty and respect. Heather Champion, Elaine Corbin, Bill Heffelfinger, and Charlie Smith were all exceptionally helpful and useful. I can not say enough on how nice they were. My experience overall at #1 Cochran would have to be 20(being the scale is from 1-10) simply because of professionalism. Thankyou all again. More

I went to Cochran Hyundai to get my snow tires taken off and worked with Rex. He kept me up to date on my service he recommended some other service I needed but I did'nt have the time that day to get it don and worked with Rex. He kept me up to date on my service he recommended some other service I needed but I did'nt have the time that day to get it done and it was good because Rex left it at that and did'nt push me into anything. Charlie also kept me entertained(He is my favorite) he showed me around the lot and showed me the new Elentra and even let me test drive the Velostar while I was waiting for my service to finish. We went to Cochran knowing that we were going to look at a Sonata We were pleaantly surprised that we were able to look around the lot without someone breathing down our neck. I went to #1 Cochran looking for a new Hyundai. I was very skeptical that i was going to find a salesman who would truly care about what the best choice in car was for me and my financial situation at th very skeptical that i was going to find a salesman who would truly care about what the best choice in car was for me and my financial situation at the time. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by Charlie Smith. What a cutie! (o; I explained to him the two cars I was really interested in and i told him where I was financially and he tried to convince me to go with a less expensive model! Never in my history of car shopping have I ever known a salesman to do that! However, I am kind of stubborn and stuck with the 2 vehicles i had my heart set on! Charlie took his time with me, showed me both vehicles, and even put himself in danger by going on test drives in both cars with me!! Haha. For several personal reasons, it took a couple visits and very long hours to seal the deal but Charlie stood by every minute and remained friendly, patient, and even comical throughout the whole process! He ran the numbers different ways until we found what was going to work out best for me. Charlie made what could have been a very painful experience kind of fun! I ended up with the vehicle i wanted the most and im very happy with it! I would recommend anyone go to #1 Cochran and ask for Charlie Smith to be your car salesman! You won't regret it! (o: More
Upon arrival I was introduced to Calvin Clements. Immediately he was very receptive and was able to answer all of our questions about the Elantra. He was able to give us general financing information on the spot. Any questions he couldn't answer he would quickly come back with a response from his managers. He accepted our negotiations like a champ, back and forth with his GM talking down pur price as best he could. Even though the car we were working towards buying was sold before we finalized the deal, Calvin made sure he found the same car/same features/same price before we left and had it on the lot the next business day. Due to the inconvenience he hooked us up with VIP status only given to the higher buyers (free lifetime state inspections). He also scheduled us for future maintenance. The facility was very clean and pleasant to be there. Overall, Calvin was a gem to work with. His jovial personality made the entire process very enjoyable and represented #1 Cochran very well. My family has been a loyal customer to #1 Cochran for the past 6 vehicles, now 7. I would definitely recommend #1 Cochran for their knowledgable staff, helpful financing, and especially our sales person, Calvin. -Cal, good luck with that lemon tree! More
I went to #1 Cochran not completely sure of what I wanted. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection they had and that I had time to look around the lot without someone breathing down my neck. I was originally scheduled to work with a different salesman but in their absence I was assigned to Charlie Smith and I am so blessed to have worked with him. I was in need of a new vehicle and thought salesman but in their absence I was assigned to Charlie Smith and I am so blessed to have worked with him. I was in need of a new vehicle and thought I wanted a 2012 Sonata but after riding in it, I didn't get the feeling of "this has to be mine". I asked Charlie if there was any other vehicle, maybe a 2011 he thought I would like and he immediately searched and found my new car. He gave me all the background information on the car, answered all of the questions I asked with great detail and he was so patient with me. He's not a pushy salesman by any means, and he didn't talk down to me like some men do when they think you're not knowledgeable about vehicles...he recognized that I had done my homework. He was able to get me a nice deal on the car and even topped off one of my fluids personally during my final walk-around before the sale was complete. I was able to watch him interact with other customers and he genuinely wants to get you into the vehicle you love and get you the best deal possible. He makes awesome eye contact, listens and doesn't cut you off even if you start ranting as I often do. God sent me to the perfect salesman and then I got to work with Delana Wilhelm for financing. I haven't established a credit history but Delana got me a great deal after the bank declined my application. She also answered my laundry list of questions and made the paper signing process a pleasant one. She as well as Charlie took pictures for me, as this was my first car purchase completely on my own. I am elated to have taken such a major step in life with these two guiding me. I've had years of great experiences with #1 Cochran's service department (Bob Johnston), it's good to know the sales and financing are just as great! high 5!!!! More
