I had a very good experience buying a new Hyundai at #1 Cochran. I had been comparing several comparable subcompact cars with the Kia Rio5 and the Hyundai Accent Hatchback being high on my list. #1 Cochr Cochran. I had been comparing several comparable subcompact cars with the Kia Rio5 and the Hyundai Accent Hatchback being high on my list. #1 Cochran gave me a good price on a new Accent and a very competitive price on my trade-in. I did not feel overly pressured; instead, I felt very comfortable with the whole process. I am looking forward to a new relationship with #1 Cochran throughout the years that I own my new car. I was pleased to find out that I will get free state inspections for as long as I own the car. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to others who are looking for a good car-buying experience. More

After getting horrible service at another Hyundai dealership, we went to Cochran and spoke to Charlie Smith. He was extremely polite, patient with myself and my fiance and went above and beyond to h dealership, we went to Cochran and spoke to Charlie Smith. He was extremely polite, patient with myself and my fiance and went above and beyond to help us out. It was such a refreshing experience and we couldn't be more pleased with our Santa Fe. We also had a very good experience with Delana. She was very helpful and explained all of the warranties and information with us.We would recommend Charlie and Delana at #1 Cochran to everyone. Corey, the sales person with whom I worked, encouraged me to express my needs and desires before making suggestions on vehicles. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Being a senior citizen, it was refreshing to have a young person interact with me on a level that was not patronizing. This was my first time buying a car and the overall This was my first time buying a car and the overall experience was mortifying. I have informed friends and family that it was the "car buying experi This was my first time buying a car and the overall experience was mortifying. I have informed friends and family that it was the "car buying experience from xxxx,” and I will never return to nor recommend this dealership in any capacity. The salesman, Calvin, I worked with was unprofessional, incompetent, and rude. He lacked professionalism, communication and people skills, and demonstrated incompetency in his knowledge regarding basic information about the cars sold at your dealership. He incorrectly identified my car as a trade-in instead of a buyout, and even after he corrected his mistake, he did not acknowledge his egregious error until my parents noticed a difference in the paper work between the previous trade-in "bottom line price" and the buyout price. In light of this admission, he continued to become irritated and exasperated with our follow up questions and concerns, becoming increasingly more defensive as the night went on. At one point he went so far as to call my mother ,"manipulative" and say that she was, "beating him up" because she had questions about the price. Tempers flared when he tried to strong arm us into buying my auto insurance online. During this time, the general manager approached us and asked us to leave, saying that they would not be able to make us happy and we should go elsewhere. In an effort to continue to strong arm us into the sale, both the general manager and Calvin stated that if we didn’t buy the car today that it wouldn’t be there Monday. As someone who shares sales experience, I found their conduct, manner, and professionalism appalling, unprofessional, and embarrassing. More
