Warranty work on my Hyundai Veracruz. Rex Sutton arranged a test ride with James Miller, Svc Tec and myself to find the problem that the vehicle had. When work could not be completed the same day Rex arrange a test ride with James Miller, Svc Tec and myself to find the problem that the vehicle had. When work could not be completed the same day Rex arranged for a loaner car from Enterprize rentals. James Miller, Svc Tec completed the work by 9:30 AM the next day and everything was fixed to my satisfaction. I returned the loaner vehicle and was happy to have my Hyundai back. Rex and the other Svc Advisors have always been pleasant to deal with. Due to the great service of Cochran Hyundai I now take my wife's Lexus to Cochran Hyundai for service.
