We live about 90 minutes from this dealership and have the availability of at least two other dealerships that are closer. However, the first reason we chose to deal with Cochran is they had the color of the availability of at least two other dealerships that are closer. However, the first reason we chose to deal with Cochran is they had the color of the vehicle in stock that I was looking for. The second and more important reason was the rude experience I had with one of the other dealerships that was closer, which prompted me to call Cochran. I called Cochran and very bluntly explained what I want and expected. They were more than willing to meet my expectations. We made an appointment and was placed with Calvin. I do not know if this was intentional on the part of Cochran, but pairing me and my husband with Calvin was a very smart and beneficial move. Normally, because of the lengthy process of buying a car, there is a lot of time to kill. However, in our situation, there was even a greater amount of time due to WV regulations regarding titling vehicles and our circumstances of moving within the last 6 months. That in itself is a long story, which I won't get into because that was our fault. During this time sitting and waiting, we got to know Calvin and he and my husband had a lot in common, both being former military veterans. This fact and the way Cochran constantly worked at trying to move thinks along made what would have been a very frustrating experience much more tolerable. Cochran went above and beyond when it came to customer service and even went as fas as taking us to lunch. I am a very happy and satisfied customer and I absolutely love my Hyundai Tucson!! More

Hyundai service at #1 Cochran is top notch. This is our second Sonata. Our first Hyundai purchase was through a competitor, and their service was the absolute worst. I've never been anywhere else that treats their customers so well. Rex and Bob are wonderful. They are friendly and try to save you as much money as possible. I always get the shuttle to work, and they pick me back up when my car is finished. The drivers have always been great. Overall my experience with Service has been outstanding, and I don't plan on going anywhere else. More
