I had a check engine light that appeared and I call for an appointment and spoke to Ed Hickman I got a fast appointment and they looked at the vehicle and found it to be a major problem. Without hesitation an appointment and spoke to Ed Hickman I got a fast appointment and they looked at the vehicle and found it to be a major problem. Without hesitation they gave me a Loaner vehicle and told me they would have my vehicle back to me ASAP. Hickman described the work that needed done and I felt everything was good. I like Ed Hickman's professionalism and how the company treats a customer. They also provide a great experience while you wait. Food court, free wifi, tv, work station. Being there is not an inconvience. My day and my vehicle getting fixed was seamless. You guys understand what people need and want and how to treat a person. My service appointment was on 07/09/12. Three Cochran employees had promised me that the Body Shop would give an estimate when my car was being inspected. On the day of inspection -- over the phone -- I employees had promised me that the Body Shop would give an estimate when my car was being inspected. On the day of inspection -- over the phone -- I was told "Oh, we can't do that today." I chose Cochran for my inspection specifically because the body estimate could be done at the same time -- as promised. It seems that your employees are quick to make promises; however, no one wants to be keep them. Expensive service and broken promises. I won't return to this dealer for any reason. More

Charlie Smith has been a true professional. He is very thorough in his explanation of the product. While negotiating a sale price and a trade in value can be an uncomfortable experience, Charlie does a g thorough in his explanation of the product.
