I went to look/hopefully buy a new 2013 Hyundai Elantra. 1) I walked around the dealership for about 20 minutes before anyone even approached me. After some talking and looking at the Elantra's on the lot 1) I walked around the dealership for about 20 minutes before anyone even approached me. After some talking and looking at the Elantra's on the lot I test drove a nice silver one. Arriving back at the dealership Charlie and me started to talk price. After some waiting 2) never offered a beverage, I began to walk around the lot and found myself interested in a different color than silver. However not available in the preferred pkg in the color desired. I advised Charlie of this and continued to talk numbers on the silver anyway. After some back n forth normal negotiating we got to a number that I wasnt ok paying. I advised Charlie if he could get me the color and pkg I actually wanted then we could talk. Charlie and the manager "tried" to find me the color and pkg i wanted, but unfortuately failed. I proactively called them as I said i would that night to let them know of my decision and hopefully they would have me at a payment that i wanted. 3) they wouldnt work with me at all on it..saying they couldnt go any lower. 4) I started my own research and found dealerships with the car I really wanted. 5) I even got a lower payment and lower interest rate...why couldnt/didnt Charlie do this for me when i was there and still called him? 6) I BOUGHT A NEW 2013 HYUNDAI ELANTRA FROM A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP BECAUSE obviously the customer service wasnt provided initially, i got a better rate on my own, i got a much lower payment and the exact car i wanted. Therefore I will never recommend this dealership or this sales person..Charlie Smith. More
We brought our vehicle in for a host of bizarre problems that were quite troublesome, not to mention downright frightening. Rex was very patient and attentive while we described, in detail, what was going that were quite troublesome, not to mention downright frightening. Rex was very patient and attentive while we described, in detail, what was going on with the van. He was also friendly and polite and made us feel validated in our concerns (they were serious!). Rex kept us updated about the status of the service visit, as promised, and went above and beyond by performing some brake maintenance, free of charge, and washing the vehicle (it was filthy!). Furthermore, when he saw us pull into the parking lot to pick it up, he immediately brought it around for us, rather than having us wait. We've dealt with Rex numerous times for other (warranty-covered) issues and have always been met with the same degree of helpfulness, courtesy and respect. We very much appreciate the way he conducts himself and treats his customers. Thank you, Rex! More
This was my first real experience at dealing with #1 Cochran and can only say I was and I am very happy with the experience. Corey met my wife and I when we first got there and from that moment he was v Cochran and can only say I was and I am very happy with the experience. Corey met my wife and I when we first got there and from that moment he was very friendly, informative and a true pleasure to deal with. Corey took the time to show me a few different cars and never once was pushy or seemed bothered at all. He encouraged us to ask questions about the cars and provided us as much detail as he possibly could. I will recommend to anybody looking to purchase a new Hyundai to go see Corey and I am confident they will receive the same outstanding service as I did. More

My husband and I were pleased with the customer service we received at your dealership. Calvin was a great guy and did everything to make sure we were completely satisfied. He answered all of our questions during the test drive and made sure we were familiar with the operation of the Elantra. He went over and above to make sure I got the color I wanted and when we took delivery, he even set up my cell phone to use bluetooth. My experience with the service department has been excellent although I have rarely used the service department for anything but routine maintenance since the vehicles have never needed anything but routine maintenance, that's a good thing. As far as the negotiation for price, payment, lease or buy I have always walked away knowing I obtained the best deal possible. There is some of the "old" Cochran left when it comes to the negotiation, take some, leave some, what's your bottom line, what do you want your payment to be. Some dealers just want to cry on your should and tell you there is no markup, we barely get by, not Cochran, they want to negotiate and sell vehicles!! Today was no exception, your personnel were there to sell me a vehicle and did what was needed for you to make a profit and for me to again drive away with a new vehicle knowing the price was fair and honest. Compliments to your entire staff. More
