I am very happy with the service I received and the car I purchased from Cochran Hyundai of Monroeville. Corey was knowledgeable, helpful, and great to work with. Corey did a great job Informing me about the vehicles I looked at and test drove without the irritating "pushiness" some car salesmen posses that can turn a buyer like me off. I appreciated his professionalism making himself available to answer any questions I had after initially meeting with him and following up with me in a timely manor. I would definitely recommend Cochran Hyundai of Monroeville and Corey to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. Thanks! More

I developed an unknown fluid leak from the front end of my Santa Fe on Wednesday. I called on Thursday and was able to drop the vehicle off that night at the dealership with a gauranteed Monday appointment my Santa Fe on Wednesday. I called on Thursday and was able to drop the vehicle off that night at the dealership with a gauranteed Monday appointment but a promise that if they could fit me in on Friday, they would. The Hyundai service group was able to fit me in and Rex kept me informed of the issues that they discovered and the repair schedule. I was able to pick my car up on Saturday afternoon. Sales staff and the financial staff were very professional yet personable. They listened and tried to determine what my needs were. They were prompt and responsive in answering questions and returning phone calls and emails. It was clear that they wanted to provide me with the best product and service possible. Josh was very enthusiastic about Hyundai products. He was thorough when demonstrating the cars I was interested in and was easy to understand. Delana was very knowledgeable and patient in helping me through the loan process. She went out of her way to introduce herself and make me feel comfortable when I arrived. I feel that I received a quality product at a good price and was impressed by the warranties that Hyundai has on the car I purchased. I will recommend #1 Cochran to family and friends. More

Dave Sharo is one of the friendliest and knowledgeable salespeople I've ever met. Although he never let on, I'm pretty sure he did a lot of work on his end so that I didn't spend a lot of time doing pape salespeople I've ever met. Although he never let on, I'm pretty sure he did a lot of work on his end so that I didn't spend a lot of time doing paperwork or calling my bank or car insurance company. I also appreciated that he was honest and straightforward--trust is important when you're investing $20,000 in a vehicle, and since Dave took the time to learn about me and what I needed, I felt like his advice was always in my best interest. I've been recommending #1 Cochran--and especially Dave--to anyone I know who's buying a car. More

I've been around a LONG time and gone to many Service Outlets. For Me, this Hyundai Service Center is the Best of the Best. I am a car person and do some of my own maintenance and repairs, so I know of what I speak. I come from a Generation where a car was not seen as an Audio Visual Theater on Wheels. I'm a Nuts and Bolts kind of guy, and I like having my Sonata serviced by the Top Techs at Hyundai of Monroeville.....#1 Cochran. TRULY #1 for a Reason !! More
I went to look/hopefully buy a new 2013 Hyundai Elantra. 1) I walked around the dealership for about 20 minutes before anyone even approached me. After some talking and looking at the Elantra's on the lot 1) I walked around the dealership for about 20 minutes before anyone even approached me. After some talking and looking at the Elantra's on the lot I test drove a nice silver one. Arriving back at the dealership Charlie and me started to talk price. After some waiting 2) never offered a beverage, I began to walk around the lot and found myself interested in a different color than silver. However not available in the preferred pkg in the color desired. I advised Charlie of this and continued to talk numbers on the silver anyway. After some back n forth normal negotiating we got to a number that I wasnt ok paying. I advised Charlie if he could get me the color and pkg I actually wanted then we could talk. Charlie and the manager "tried" to find me the color and pkg i wanted, but unfortuately failed. I proactively called them as I said i would that night to let them know of my decision and hopefully they would have me at a payment that i wanted. 3) they wouldnt work with me at all on it..saying they couldnt go any lower. 4) I started my own research and found dealerships with the car I really wanted. 5) I even got a lower payment and lower interest rate...why couldnt/didnt Charlie do this for me when i was there and still called him? 6) I BOUGHT A NEW 2013 HYUNDAI ELANTRA FROM A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP BECAUSE obviously the customer service wasnt provided initially, i got a better rate on my own, i got a much lower payment and the exact car i wanted. Therefore I will never recommend this dealership or this sales person..Charlie Smith. More
