I was at the Hyundai dealership for warranty work on my 2010 Tucson. As always I received excellant service. Jim Downs and his staff are courteous, friendly andare alwasys concerned with eliminating whatev 2010 Tucson. As always I received excellant service. If the price is right I would not hesitate to purchase another Hyundai product. My experience with this service department has been without a negative. Just a group of great people doing thier best to satisfy the customer. Jim Downs deserves kudos! More
My husband and I had such a great experience with Don! This was my very first new car buy and I will admit I was very hesitant going into a dealership because I do not like to be pushed into anything. My husband and I looked around the lot by ourselves and were not bothered (which I loved) and it gave me a lot of time to decide what I wanted to really look at. Once we decided we went inside and that is when we got paired up with Don! He was so friendly and funny it put me at ease right away! We told him what we wanted to look at and he got the keys for us right away and chatted with us as we walked to the car. He opened it up and my husband and I explored around the car and I was loving it! I know at this point a lot of saleman will try to just sell the car to make the sale, but again Don did not push us into anything! He stood with us for a very long time explaining every detail of the car and explaining things to me on a low level (since I do not understand many car details and terms), but my husband followed right along with him and understood every word. I love the fact that Don was explaining a lot of things to ME since it was going to be my car. After much talking and a quick test drive, we asked to run the numbers of our trade in and see what kind of payments we would be looking at. We told Don what kinds of things we were looking to get out of our payments and he said he would do his best to make it work...and boy did he ever! When he came back with the offer we were so pleased it was unreal! We signed for the car right then and there with Don! I was so pleased with how well Don worked with us that if I ever do decide to make another car purchase in the future, I will be looking for Don to help us out again! More

I came here to get my state inspection and fix the brake sensor in my Sonata. Service was done well. They fixed all of my items under warranty. We presented Corey with the challenge of selling three cars at one time. He was knowledgeable about all the Hyundai cars, patient as we tried to make a decision, and efficient with his follow-up but not " cars at one time.
