Bill Dolon had been recommended to me by a stranger in the Social Security office where I was getting a Pennsylvania driver's license having just moved from California and what a gift that was. He was friendly, knowledgable, patient, kind, and smart enough to get me behind the wheel of a fully loaded Elantra GT. Whatta guy! My brother was right. He was right. Who needs baby blue. I ordered the Titanium Gray Elantra GT with tech and style packages and SCREECH. I need the car now and it is nowhere to be found. Bill got his manager Jim involved (sorry, forgot the last name), kept me in my seat with Finney - did I mention I had my sidekick part MinPIN part Chihuahua, Finney, along with my brother? Bill kept frayed nerves in tact, got the financing going with Delana, along with Jim worked the price and availability and hours later, I walked out a proud owner of an Elantra coming soon. When the car came in, Bill was on hand again to explain features, program my phone, and do just a little more selling. Listen up Managers, the most profit is in the after sale - I know that - I was in sales - but I still bought from Bill. Why - he's a good salesman, it's a good product, and Delana is a great sales support and finance person. The two of them double-teamed me and I ended up with some great after sale care products. Best of all, Finney and I walked out of there with a Pitt door magnet. Score! I am a Pitt alumni you see. I would and will happily recommend this dealership, Bill Dolon, Mgr. I originally came to #1 Cochran in order to purchase a used car. I met Corey on my first visit there and he worked with me in order to locate a used car that would meet my needs. I ran the numbers to see what it would take for me to purchase a new car, decided what numbers I could afford, and contacted Corey once again - this time to purchase a new car. I knew I wanted a Sonata and he recommended that I look at their online inventory and then get together for a test drive. It didn't take long for me to find my perfect car and I was able to stop in the next day. Unfortunately, Corey was not going to be at work that day, but he made arrangements for me to see the car and place a hold on the car. On Monday, 10/29, I purchased the car during a very stormy evening. They pulled the car into the service garage so that I could take a look while remaining dry. Everyone that I came into contact with at the dealership was friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. I will most certainly return when I'm ready for the next new car! More
