We researched and test drove several comparable models from other dealerships over a week’s time and finally decided on the Santa Fe from Cochran when Corey found the car with the specifications and color we were looking for -- and the dealership team came up with a very competitive price, including a good trade-in discount. We had purchased a Santa Fe from Cochran in 2007 and received a “loyalty” discount which was important in our final decision. We have had a good relationship with the Cochran service department for the past five years, so we were not surprised at this good experience. Everyone we met at Cochran Hyundai was friendly and willing to assist in the sale. When we had questions about maintenance issues, Corey was able to tap a member of the service staff who immediately answered every question we had quickly and in detail. This was my first major purchase since my husband passed away. My old car , a 1999 New VW Beetle had it's engine give out a few days earlier. They made me feel comfortable and also explained everthing they were doing. Anna and Calvin explained in depth the buttons in the interior and the key ring.
