We had a great experience at #1 Cochran Hyundai. I had just totaled my 2003 Hyundai the previous week and was really anxious to find the new car that I was looking for. Richard Bauer put me in a beautiful indigo colored 2013 Hyundai Sonata SE that I love even more than my 2003--which was a really dependable and lasted me 10 years without any real hiccups. Thanks for making my car buying experience a good one! After the purchase, Calvin Clements explained every last detail of the new car's operation to me--even things I would have never thought about. It was extremely helpful and honestly I've never had a dealer be that concerned that I knew about my new car. Thank you. More

One of the dealerships mottoes is that they give you room to breath, and that is certainly the case. All staff we dealt with were helpful, informative, and patient as we went though the process of buying on to breath, and that is certainly the case. As always the people at the Hyundai Monroeville location were friendly and informative. I brought my Elantra in for an oil change and to check why my engine light kept going off and on and also for the sme were friendly and informative. As I always wait for my car I sat in the waiting room for about an hour when I was informed by Jim that they had to replace my Radiator and part of my exhaust but that it was covered by my ext. warrenty. They had all of the parts in stock but my car would not be ready until later in the afternoon; mind you this was New Years eve; I was given the option of waiting or to given a loner car until my car was finished. When I returned to pick up my car Jim explained everything that was done to my car and also explained what I should expect with the repairs, burn off etc. I was also told to call if I had any problems which I havent. I would highly recommend this service department even to people who didnt buy there car at Cochran. More
