Charlie Smith is a great person to deal with when buying a new car. He took lots of time to show us colors, options, packages on screen as well as in the lot. I simply cannot put into words how Bruce Turner treated us; but, I will attempt to do so. Bruce made our buying experience pleasant and without pressure even though he was not the salesperson we came to s us; but, I will attempt to do so. As it so happened Ms. Johns had been moved over to the Suburu department but she assured me that Bruce would take great care of us, and he did. He couldn't have been kinder and any more patient with out decision making even allowing us to take a day to think about the deal we were offered. I just had a oil change and tire rotation but I was treated very well. Rex even listened to my crying about the terrible gas millage of my brand new Elantra. I purchased the car specifically for the great gas millage it was supposed to get but does not get any where near the number. Anyway Rex listened to my ranting but still was very pleasant and serviced my car with a smile. I was also shuttled to and from my destination in a timely manner. More
