My experience at Cochran is by far the best car buying (leasing) experience I have ever had. Charlie Smith greeted me when I came to the dealership on Saturday and made what can be a nerve racking experi (leasing) experience I have ever had. Charlie is EXCEPTIONAL; exhibiting great listening skills, patience, professionalism and knowledge/detail of product. In addition, he has a warm and refreshing personality and a genuine interest/knowledge of cars. When I returned to the dealership a few days later to take delivery of my car, Charlie was thorough in going over the features of the car and patient in answering all of my questions. He also assited me with returning my other leased vehicle when I returned it to Valley Hoda. It was truly a pleasure dealing with Charlie! Heather helped me with all of the leasing paperwork on Saturday. I found her to be upbeat, efficient, and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend Cochran and Charlie to my friends and family. Bruce Turner was very personable, knowledgeable and caring making him an excellent salesperson. We were not initially sure which Santa Fe that we wanted; the newer, bigger one or the Sport model. He called us as soon as the first new version GLS arrived and did a side by side comparison for us. He was always willing to take the time for several test drives (bigger GLS and Sport Turbo and non-turbo versions) showing us all of the features. We ultimately selected the Sport 2.0 Turbo, but wanted a specific color with specific features (leather package, front wheel drive, roof rack, etc.) and he worked with the Cochran team, to quickly (within a week) find the vehicle that we wanted. We were able to "close the deal" on that vehicle. The finance department found us an excellent loan rate and all the other people that we dealt with at Cochran were friendly, competent and a pleasure to deal with. Thank You All! More
I gave Cochran a great rating primarily because they made me feel comfortable & welcome. I did not intend to buy a car the day I came into the dealership- I was primarily just looking @ the cars on the lot & me feel comfortable & welcome. I said not really but a salesman still came out to greet us- his name was Anthony. He was very patient & knowledgeable about the particular car I was looking at. Before I knew it the paperwork was being drawn up. I didn't feel any pressure & to be quite honest I wasn't sure where my credit would take me. But it all worked out! On the financial end Heather was super nice friendly & honest. a few years ago I visited another dealership in the So. Hills & I was not satisfied with how they treated me & opted not to buy a vehicle for 2 years afterwards until I visited Cochran. It was a positive experience pretty much from the door! I bought a Sonata in 2003 & just purchased another one in 2013- It is a great vehicle & looks fabulous on the road. The day I purchased my Sonota it was cold and sleet had begun to fall. Charlie Smith came out on the lot and greeted me with in 2 minutes of me looking at a vehicle, some would have waited till I walked in begun to fall. I told him what I wanted and what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Charlie gave a clear and knowledgable presentation of the vehicle, it features and options as well as price comparison. He worked to get me the best deal using all incentives available, got me the best value on my trade in and didn't try to oversell me on additions products I wouldn't need. The finance department was also very friendly and thurough in explaining all the options available to me and made it easy in choosing any additional coverages I may have needed. Overall I would say it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. No fast pitch! No double talk! No B.S.! I like that! Thanks Charlie! More
