He found the color car i was looking for and i am enjoying it very much- it has a great ride and look, is extremely easy to drive. This is the third car i have gotten from this dealership and always bring my cars there for service.. Delana Wilhelm was also very helpful and gave good explainations of the services available.I also felt no pressure to buy which is always a good experiece.The incentives on the car were good but of course the price could always be a little lower. Overall i am very happy with my new car and the service i got when i bought it. More
I am completely satisfied with the service I received at the Cochran Hyundai dealership in Monroeville. I took my Tucson in for the auto butler service, oil change and tire rotation. Wayne Casteel was the the Cochran Hyundai dealership in Monroeville. I took my Tucson in for the auto butler service, oil change and tire rotation. Wayne Casteel was the service advisor for my appointment and I am always so impressed with him. He went over the services I was scheduled for and then got my car in immediately. He checked in with me and recommended a fuel induction service be done to keep the intake clean and free from carbon build up. He was extremely friendly and informative in explaining the benefits of the service in a way that was easy to understand and so I opted to have it done. I must mention that Wayne was also the service advisor for my previous appointment and he informed me that I was in need of having my tires replaced at that time. I was hesitant at first because I have always been shocked by the price of tires at a dealership. However, Wayne quoted me a price for 4 mid-grade tires that was almost $200 less than I had spent on the same grade tires at a chain store. I trust Wayne's professional opinion and I am always comfortable and confident with the services he recommends and provides. Everyone in the service department is very friendly and helpful. When I couldn't find where my car had been parked after the services were completed, Bob Johnston walked around the lot, found my car and backed it right up to the service door for me. It's nice to have a team of service advisors and technicians that treat me more like a friend than a customer. I appreciate all they do and they deserve to be recognized and rewarded for all their hard work. Thank You! More

My sales consultant was Charlie Smith, who was very friendly and professional.He was very knowledgeable and reasonable to work with. He is very interested in cars and it is shows. This was my first car time buying a car but not the first Hyundai dealer I had been to to look at the Tucson. I felt very comfortable with Charlie as the sales consultant. He was very understanding that I was a little overwhelmed by my first time buying a new car. I felt the offer for the new vehicle was very fair and the offer for my trade in was fair. I knew I wasn't going to get a better deal elsewhere. It was also a much faster process than I anticipated. I took my father in with me and he thought the whole process went well. Delana handled all the paperwork for my new car. She was very nice, friendly, and up beat despite it being the end of the day on a Saturday and she had done multiple deals before me. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Charlie Smith and Cochran to anyone I know who wants a car. More

Don was easy to work with, and was very patient with our many questions. He explained the features and updates to the Hyundai technology thoroughly to make sure that we could use it fully without anxiety. The paperwork and car were both ready when promised. We returned to this dealership because of Don and the no pressure sales climate that is #1 Chochran. More

He also worked hard to take care of everything so we could complete the sale that day even though I stopped back into the dealership at 4 PM and normal closing was 6 PM. Trade in value was fair which I appreciated and the new car was priced correctly according to the market research I was able to do online. Delana was helpful and organized when it was time to sign the paperwork. Overall a very nice car buying experience. More
