In less than an hour Bob retrieved me and presented my with the bill, lower than the online estimate. I was very pleased with both the cost and quick service. In my freshly washed car, I found a note from the technician who serviced my car, Josh Taylor, thanking me for my business and hoping I was pleased with the work he'd performed. Clearly these people want to make sure their customers are satisfied. I have dealt with #1 Cochran since 2002 when I bought a new Saturn from them.
