We have previously purchased 2 Hyundai's from Charlie Smith. On Tues 8-13-13, we bought our 4th car. I explained to Charlie that I was having back and hip problems and experiencing difficulty in gettin Smith. On Tues 8-13-13, we bought our 4th car. I told Charlie that I would not be able to sit at his desk while working out the deal that I would need to stand. This patience man was able to seat my husband and I at a pub style table and chair. He stood at this table and work out all the details so that I could be comfortable. Because I forgot the checkbook and needed to go home, Charlie arranged with Heather to have the paper work ready when we returned in an hour, While we were gone, Charlie had the license plate transferred to the new car. Heather was waiting for us with everything ready for our signatures. We were able to complete everything so quickly that I didn't have to remain standing. If our ever have a problem with your back or hip, believe me someone willing to stand up with you means a lot.
