Exceeded my expectations!! I came in because my car was having electical issues after having my battery changed. I originally bought my hyundai used at Kenny Ross so I went there first and all they said was my remote and clock was broke...well I already knew that! I came into Cochran and was greeted by Rex who was very friendly and upfront with me. He listened to my issues, offered to complete recalls today as well and told me upfront how much it may cost. I really liked that because it saves the shock for when they call you later in the day. When he called me in the afternoon he explained everything in detail, told me what was wrong, what they did and how much it would be. I was please but boy oh boy I had no idea. When I arrived to pick up my car, he recoginzed me and brought my information over to the computer and explained everything again. He also told me that they replaced 2 of my door handles for FREE because he noticed the chrome was peeling off. Which it was I just had no intention of spending money to fix it...so WOW!!!! Then he threw it that they ran my car through the car wash....what a shock!!! I was really impressed by how they went above and beyond by fixing things without charging me. It was my first time there and I will continue to go back! More

My wife and I agreed this was the car we wanted. Everything from there just fell into place, even though we hadn't driven the car we wanted to trade in - no problem! "Bring it in Monday," Bruce said. "We'll take care of it then." He even gave me his cell phone number in case I wanted to talk to him on Sunday. (And I actually did end up calling him.) Bruce was an excellent person to work with - very informative, very accommodating, and just a very nice person all-around. With very minor negotiating, we were ready to sign the papers and drive our "new" (one previous owner, but less than 1800 miles) 2014 Kia home Monday night. "Signing the papers" is where Heather Champion came into the picture. Heather is one of the most pleasant, smiling, congenial persons I've ever met at a car dealership. She "walked" us through signing the numerous forms and explained them all. She answered all our questions (including one about her name that she's probably been asked hundreds of times), making sure we understood everything (and always with a smile). This was one of the absolute best car-buying experiences my wife and I have ever had thanks to Heather and Bruce. Thank you both! More

First Oil Change This was my first Service of my Hyundai Elantra.....Bob took care of me and was friendly and I felt at ease with him....I told him I was in for an Oil This was my first Service of my Hyundai Elantra.....Bob took care of me and was friendly and I felt at ease with him....I told him I was in for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation...He asked me how many miles were on my car and I told him 3800....He said I didn't need a tire rotation and he saved me 10.00 right off the bat...When the service was finished Bob came in and said I was ready to go...He also informed me they replaced the sunglass switch as there was a recall on them...Total Bill was Zero....Nada....nothing...and I left a Very Happy Man.... More

While visiting Pittsburgh, on the weekend on 20 September, my 2007 Hyundai Sonata broke down. I had my car towed to Cochran on West Liberty Ave. because they were the closest Hyundai service center. Cheyne contacted me before and as soon as he evaluated my car. He ran a full diagnostic check. He explained all the service and repairs he recommended. He answered all of my questions and it was clear that he was very knowledgeable. He put my concerns at ease and contacted me as soon as the repairs were completed. Kudos to Cheyne and Cochran!
