Over-Priced, Over-Booked, Service NOT Fulfilled as Promised 1 star Service adviser Connor Williams was very nice and professional, I have no qualms with him as a professional and if you must get service here, 1 star Service adviser Connor Williams was very nice and professional, I have no qualms with him as a professional and if you must get service here, I recommend Connor W. However, the garage itself is a disaster. They over-book appointments, I dropped my car off early THE NIGHT BEFORE and they didn't touch it until the next day at 2:00, after I kept calling. I brought it in for a 4-wheel alignment, as I had a coupon they mailed me, and they didn't even do the alignment, said the "machine went down." So I paid 45 bucks for a rental car and got NO service done. Then they had the gall to want to charge me $89.95 for a diagnostic fee as I asked them to check out the drive-ability (front end, brakes, etc). So I get NO work done, pay for a rental car, and then the want 90 bucks. They gave me half credit, so I still had to pay 45 bucks for their "diagnostic fee" (really?) and the 45 I laid out for a rental. So I spent 100 bucks for nothing. Would NEVER return there for service. Will always buy my cars there, but not for service. More
