I think most people are worried about car salesmen being concerned with making a buck and not having a clients best interest in mind. It was 100% untrue in my experience. I felt like a valued and respected customer as soon as I was greeted by my saleman, Shawn Herman. I came in with a preapproval for a specific vehicle which ended up no longer being available, but Shawn was bound and determined to help me get into a vehicle that was practical, affordable and had everything I was looking for. Not one time did i have anything i was not interested in pushed on me or did i feel like anything less than a valued customer. I am an indecisive person who had a difficult time making a commitment to car payments, but Shawn was patient, relentless in helping me find just what I was looking for, and made sure I was happy, excited, and proud of my purchase. I hope all of their salesmen make their customers feel as valued as i did! Even finance with Taylor was excellent and i was dreading that as well. They had everything ready and waiting for me to sign, explained each detail in depth, and made it as smooth and painless as possible! I cant say enough positive things about my experience. As i said, I was nervous walking into the dealership and felt like i would get taken advantage of, especially being a young woman car shopping alone with a very specific amount I knew I could afford for payments and specific requirements I was looking for in a vehicle.
