Mario the sales manager stepped in and did a good job meeting and exceeding my expectations on price. I had one concern on the vehicle I was returning but after reviewing it with Joe and Mario they said not to worry everything looked good. I know this process can take some time but I was in and out of the dealership in a little over 1 hour. I had a prior commitment so they did the paperwork and said come back Monday and the car will be ready to go. Everything was done as they said it would be.
