Looking for a car to replace my totaled Mazda 3 was not one of the greatest experiences until I came to Kenny Ross. I loved my Mazda. I started my quest at Bariel and the salesman we were talking with one of the greatest experiences until I came to Kenny Ross. I loved my Mazda. I started my quest at Bariel and the salesman we were talking with seemed to have no clue about the cars in his lot, I became more frustrated. My husband and I decided to take a drive out to Kenny Ross, he has purchased a couple of cars there in the past. We arrived there started to look then Tom came out. He came out in a great timely fashion we did not feel smothered by him. He showed us a used G6 after we told him what we were looking for in a car. He knew all the details of the car and he said them with confidence. As soon as I sat in the drivers seat I got the same feeling as the first time I sat in the Mazda. At the time though my Dad was going to try to get me a car at an auction and we told Tom that and he did not try to push us, which was really nice. By the time my husband and I arrived home we realized we wanted that car. We felt comfortable with Tom and Kenny Ross. We went in the next day to start signing papers, we had some road blocks it took a bit longer than we thought, but Tom stayed with us the whole time, giving up time he could be using to sell other cars. My husband and I felt important to him and this reassured a decision even more. The finance team was amazing they worked so hard on getting us a great rate with our credit and they did.
