We had a great experience working with Kevin at Greenwood Chevrolet while purchasing a car for our son. Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase. Kevin was honest and very professional.

I wanted to have a GMC dealership do the rear brake pad - ebthomas65

I wanted to have a GMC dealership do the rear brake pad and rotors on my Denali, but the $900 cost was way too much compared to what it should be from a dealership. I tried to give a local dealership the work, but will not be so inclined to go there again.

On May 6, 2015 my hubby and I went to Sweeney for a new - God'sgirl7

On May 6, 2015 my hubby and I went to Sweeney for a new experience. This time it was my turn to get a vehicle. Upon leaving our vehicle and approaching the door we were seen by a salesman named John Pugh. There was an air of kindness about him and he took the time to assist us. Because of his patience and kindness I left with a beautiful new vehicle. There were others who assisted us and unfortunately names escape me but everyone was so kind and professional. I am still grateful to this day for that experience.

Most of the deal was done over the phone. - hap.allgreen

Most of the deal was done over the phone. It was fast and painless. When I picked the truck up everything was ready to go. The salesman helped me through the onstar pain and all was good.

I recently purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Impala LT from - David

I recently purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Impala LT from Riverview. The salesman was John Fancsali. The car had just been listed in AutoTrader so I called the dealer and spoke with John who worked with me on getting a deposit to hold the car because other potential buyers were interested in it. When I went to the dealer a couple days later, John and I took the car for a test drive and it was the best used car I ever purchased! It was so clean and presentable. John made the buying experience very memorable and he is to be commended. The day I purchased the car was John's birthday and he even gave me a nice slice of the cake his colleagues had gotten for him. If anyone if looking to buy a new or used car, please stop at or call Riverview Chevrolet and ask for John Fancsali! Thank you. David Chaney

I wish I could give Baierl Chevrolet 10 out of 5 stars. - Walter Szymanski

I wish I could give Baierl Chevrolet 10 out of 5 stars. Buying from them has been a first-class experience from start to finish. We went back to our salesman, Chase Holly, who was exceptionally professional and made the process easy. We visited this week to purchase another 2026 Equinox, after buying a 2026 Equinox there last November. It was the right time to upgrade our 2021 vehicle, and the financing options Luke Leya provided made the decision even easier. After this experience, we can’t imagine buying a car anywhere else. We’re Chevy for life—and Baierl for life. Thank you again; we couldn’t be happier!

I found a used car there that I really wanted. - rwfoster216

I found a used car there that I really wanted. I was probably the first person to look at it, since it was JUST traded-in the day before. I looked at it and it wasn't detailed or even remotely cleaned up (not washed, bird shizz, etc. They couldn't sell it to me because it was found to not have mufflers (straight pipe from the CAT. They told me that they had to send it out for mufflers. I said ok. I was in contact with the salesman for WEEKS, who told me it was in Somerset (?) to get the mufflers and that he would call me when it was back and ready to go. Then, I get a call from said salesman who told me they sold it while it was it Somerset. What? On top of that, I kept getting AI text messages saying "Hey this is XXXX, I just tried calling you about the car. Call me back!". My phone never rang, so obviously just automated. I can deal with new tech, but this was a joke. Even when I called back it was like there was nothing to actually say, just to keep me "on the hook". The salesman was actually cool and really seemed to want to help. I believe he was new and I believe he missed out on the sale as well. This place is garbage.

Dealing with the CHarper used car staff, especially Ernie - jeprogar

Dealing with the CHarper used car staff, especially Ernie Moyer, was an easy and enjoyable process. The car we purchased for for my wife and Ernie was extremely helpful guiding her through the the process and helping decipher the technology that's available in the car. My wife is fully setup and excited to be in her new Cadillac!

I bought a truck here and a lifetime power train - Doreydscott

I bought a truck here and a lifetime power train warranty. When I needed the warranty work done, the dealership refused to honor my warranty because the old ownership was the one who sold me the truck. They also refuse to honor the lifetime free oil changes I was promised, as well. I would have purchased my truck elsewhere if I had known they would refuse to honor their warranty that I purchased. Do not trust this dealership! When you buy a business, you should buy ALL of the business, not just the parts that benefit the new owner. Very poor customer service. They didn’t even offer to schedule an appointment for my truck. I’m very disappointed.

The only dealership left in our area that isn't a huge - Farming1

The only dealership left in our area that isn't a huge dealer group. I would recommend, this is a small family owned store, and they treated me with respect.
