He LISTENED to our concerns and was willing to work with us. The service that Bill (Tony) provided us was exceptional. He didn't make us feel like we were wasting his time. Once we made the decision to purchase the car, Darlene was very professional in helping us to obtain the loan WE were looking for. She handled all the paperwork in a timely manner in order to send us on our way. The friendliness of the Kenny Ross staff was above the call of duty. My overall experience was nothing but exceptional. I would recommend Kenny Ross to anyone. I believe the purchase price we walked away with was fair and reasonable. We did not feel, at all, like anyone was taking advantage of us. We have been in the market for buying a new vehicle for about one year. Kenny Ross was able to close that deal. Kenny Ross was able to obtain our business where at least 12 other dealerships have not. We test drove many vehicles. Sometimes we didn't like the vehicle we test drove but other times we didn't like the dealerships' staff. There were several times where we felt like they were doing us a favor. This is not how it works. I can honestly say that dealership knows how to treat their customers. They back the product they sell with there continued future service of the vehicle. When we picked up our equinox Bob Zurcher took plenty of time to explain the many features that the car has to offer. This did take some time and at no time did Bob rush thru this procedure. in the fast changing car industry i really dont know how he can retain his knowledge of the cars he sells, i believe Kenny Ross must have an excellent continuing training program. if you live in the North and are in the market for a new Chevy or Buick there really is only one place to go, and if you dont live close by..... its well worth the drive to do business with Bob Zurcher and Kenny Ross Chevrolet- Buick More

We were warmly greeted when we went to pick up the car, a new 2011 Chevy Cruze 2LT, that we had committed to buying by phone earlier in the week, in that it had the exact features that we wanted and having b new 2011 Chevy Cruze 2LT, that we had committed to buying by phone earlier in the week, in that it had the exact features that we wanted and having been very satisfied with the price. The car was kept inside overnight so that it was warm despite the cold outside. The car was brought to the showroom door, where the salesman gave us a thorough description of the controls, etc. The car was equipped with a full tank of gas. We were given the opportunity to pay for an extended warranty but were not pressured to do so and settled for the standard warranty. We were given the opportunity to pay for dealer provided undercoating but were not pressured to do so. The paperwork was taken care of in a timely, efficient manner. We were shown where and how to get the car serviced should we decide to have it serviced at that location. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to anybody in the market for a new or used car or truck. More
