I was welcomed into the dealership warmly, and not in a "I want your business" kind of way, just friendly customer service. Pete and I had only spoken on the phone for about 5 minutes to see if a vehicle was in stock, when he said yes I told him I would be in the following day. He had already located the vehicle on the lot and was ready to pull it up to the showroom upon my arrival. We took a test drive and he was informative, but never pushy. The sales manager Bill Hart spent some time with us going over numbers, and when we "hit the mark" with the price, he gave me a fist bump!! How often do you see that happen in a dealership!! Car buying can be a long process, but Kenny Ross takes great care of their customers!! When Pete realized there was a long wait to get in to sign the papers in the finance office, he told me to go get lunch and come back, and sure enough I waited maybe 5 minutes upon my return and was immediately taken in to the finance office to finalize the paperwork. I have been at other dealerships where they would have let you wait that entire time. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, and especially Pete and Bill..they truly know what good customer service is all about!!! More
