I have had one of the worst years of my life over the past 14 months. I'm an a VERY difficult and unsettling place in life and I'm in both a complicated and embarrassing situation. Yet, I was also forced to shop for a vehicle despite my awkward and challenging situation. Not only was my experience purchasing a vehicle at Cochran a highly positive experience, but Tony Ferrara, the employee who sold me the car, was VERY professional. More importantly, he was compassionate, non judgmental, sympathetic, and understanding of my situation and my recent struggles. I mean this when I say it- I didn't just get a new (used) vehicle today.....I made a new friend. He made what could have been a very embarrassing situation for me much easier. I would not hesitate in not only returning to Cochran for my next vehicle....but I will definitely seek Anthony out. He worked for my business. He tried to get me a price that I was willing to do.
