He worked out a time to accommodate my schedule and on the very same day I drove off with the truck I wanted. Bob and the Finance team were amazing. The entire deal took only 2hrs. Very pleased!! I must say my husband and I bought a chevy traverse and we are very pleased i love the traverse whomever sold us our vehicle I apologize I’m terrible I must say my husband and I bought a chevy traverse and we are very pleased i love the traverse whomever sold us our vehicle I apologize I’m terrible with names but he was very new at the time but he was awesome super nice and a big family man and that is huge for me! we did have an issue with our lease company charging us after the fact and I called in and spoke with Alan deihl and he was amazing and very easy to work with he solved our problem and got everything resolved and they made the situation right and handled it very well and I must say thank you again for all of your help it is very much appreciated and needless to say Kenny Ross was very easy and nice to deal with and we will be getting our next vehicle from them as well!!!! No deal The salesman who showed me the car was great. The guy who does the "real" deal ( David in finance) was a shallow person. I am a single, work two jobs woman who is looking for the "best" deal out there. This guy was firm on what he was going to give me for my vehicle which was next to nothing. Due to his arrogance, he lost the sale for the salesman. I should have went with my gut instinct and stayed away from the place. More
