We stopped at another dealer up the road from Kenny Ross, mind you it was about 20 degrees and windy, we walked the lot for about 1/2 hour and nobody came out to ask if we needed any help. We drove a few minutes up the road to Kenny Ross, pulled in, my husband hopped out to quickly look at a few cars, and "Pinky" immediately came out to ask if we needed any help. We ended up buying from the dealership that night because they gave us a great deal, they did not pressure us at all, gave us time to discuss it alone, and were very personable and friendly. I cannot say enough about how far a friendly smile, acknowledgement, and a simple "Can I help you? How are you?" can go in sales. LISTEN UP BOYS, and take some pointers from these guys! When you've been in business as long as this dealership has, you obviously are doing something right! Thank you!!!! And we will HIGHLY recommend your dealership to anyone who will listen. More

I inquired online about a 2004 Tahoe. They told me it was available and I should come see it. This was on a Saturday. I drove up on Sunday and I couldn't find it. Then on Monday they asked me if I was still available and I should come see it. This was on a Saturday. I drove up on Sunday and I couldn't find it. Then on Monday they asked me if I was still coming to see the Tahoe. I asked them if they still had it and they finally told me they did not. This is after they ran my credit. It was gone the entire time! They just wanted to get me on the lot to sell me something. This is the type of stuff that gives used car salesmen a bad name. I buy a car every 2-3 years. I will never buy from a Kenny Ross dealership. More
I obtained financing at noon today for a used Cheverolet Truck. Had a check for the full amount of the truck in my hand and told them I would be there On Monday to pick it up and all was well. After making the deal went to do paper work, was then told cannot give you this rate unless you buy the extended protection plan,($1,800). Also signed a paper saying this is against the law. I am a disabled Viet-Nam Vet and sometimes get confused, I took the deal. After 2 mos. I realized I could not afford this truck. I went back asking for consideration and help to get me into something I could afford, Manager (red hair) told me "you are going to take a beating) "go sell private, he quickly went in office to get away from me.Talked to sales person , he said nothing they can do. I went to Falconi they helped me through this mess I got into with Kenny Ross even though it was not their problem. As last resort I called for General Mgr. to get advice on how to get money back for the extended protection plan, did not return my call. Worst experience in a life time of buying cars. Plan on contacting district attorney , for pressuring me into buying extended protection plan. Alll they had to do is make an effort to help me. More

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! I had an amazing experience working with Josh Phillips. He was an amazing help we talked via email for about 55 days about the kind of car I wanted. In the end Josh found me an amazing 2013 Chevrolet sonic in my favorite color. The car runs amazingly well and for my first car it's everything I could ever ask for. On the day I came to pick up my car me and my mom were very impressed with the customer service. My car was cleaned and ready when I got there and any question I had we're answered to the point where Josh showed me how to pair my phone to the car and how to get back home. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a car, and thanks to his customer service my mom is looking forward to purchasing my sisters car from him as well. Thanks again Josh your amazing. Knowing what we wanted when we got there, we were able to test drive the vehicle. After 2 hours of deliberating a fair, negotiable price, it was time for the cleaning. I had to send it back to the detail department not once, not twice, but 3 times!! When the vehicle came out the second time, it was still not clean (cup holders filled with crud and dog hair and the sliders under the 2nd row seats were still not even touched; something had spilled and was never cleaned up. We also noticed a bug in the dome light, so we asked that it go back again. (The bug was removed and placed on the floor...how nice). Indeed the salesman took it back for the third time, this time he cleaned it himself. In the meatime I thought I'd bring this to a manager's attention. I mean come on, the fact that a vehicle was on the lot and not spotless blows my mind! The manager called the detail department and with me sitting right there I was able to hear the gentleman say "....if she is looking for something clean, tell her there are 17 new ones sitting on the lot....." That right there should have been my cue to get up and leave. But we didn't. Instead we sat around for 3 more hours while the finance department could "get us in". Please keep in mind my husband and I have perfect credit (both over scores of 800), so it wasn't like they needed to pull strings to get us financed. After a total 6 hours of waiting, we were able to take the "new" car home. We drive 37 miles and the engine light came on; not too mention the fact that any speed above 60 mph caused the vehicle to shimmy and shake all over the place and the gas gage literally depleted as I was driving down the road. So less than 48 hours of owning this vehicle, it was in the shop! As a very upset customer, one would think that I again would have been treated with utmost respect. The manager I spoke with looked at me as if I were outerspace, reassuring me that their customer service ratings are one of the best. I assured him that was before my review rating! More
