I have been a customer of this dealership for about ten years. I have purchased cars, have had all of my service work done at this location, and have always recommended family and friends here. However, my recent purchase was so horrible from the moment that I first looked at the vehicle to now (exactly one week from the purchase date) I realized that I made a gigantic mistake, and I regret buying from them. I would suggest being very careful when making a purchase here and if you have a bad feeling about the staff and/or the actual vehicle, you should reconsider making the purchase. Don't let the excitement of the vehicle or your previous good experiences cloud your judgment. Which I did, so shame on me. I will say that this dealership has an amazing service department and its probably because of them that I still decided to purchase. But now, after everything, even with the fantastic service department, I still regret that I purchased from Kenny Ross Buick North. More

Lack of Professionalism I recently visited this dealership to test drive and inspect a vehicle of interest. The listed (internet) price of the vehicle was reasonable and fair I recently visited this dealership to test drive and inspect a vehicle of interest. The listed (internet) price of the vehicle was reasonable and fair. During discussion with the Sales Consultant, he asked how I felt about the price of the vehicle to which I responded that it was fair and accurate within market value. He immediately remarked "Ok, because the internet now leaves little room for fluff" and continued about how they don't have room to negotiate or come down on the price. (*I didn't attempt to haggle or negotiate the asking price. He seemed nervous and rambling about "FLUFF". To me, I don't think it was necessary to even go down that avenue.) Now we are discussing my trade in value. I'm aware of the RANGE available on my trade given its true condition and accurate VIN info given on NADA, Blue Book, Black Book, Clear, and Autotrader. (Personally, some of these are inflated numbers to entise a buyer to feel they can achieve more than is realistic. Often because that said dealership works with Autotrader (ex) to get a consumer on their lot.) I am also aware of my vehicle's list price at local dealers, and auction value. They were not too far off with their final offer of my trade value ($500 of my acceptable range, $1500 within my initial asking point.) However, I felt there was a wall hit somewhere. After leaving, thinking about the transacation potential, I called the following afternoon. The consultant referred to me by another name (even though I introduced myself when I called) and tried to tell me he didn't even think the same vehicle was still available, that it had sold that night after we left. (It was 8:45pm when we left the dealership the previous night, they closed at 9pm). It seemed to me, they weren't intending to let their vehicle go at their Internet Pricing because when it came down to details, they never bothered to see where my financing stood. They didn't ask if I'd be financing with them or have my own. It seemed to me that I stood firm on the Internet Price of the vehicle they have and I would have accepted their best offer on my trade... they simply didn't take the next step to discuss financing. I'm not chasing the purchase because I can buy the same vehicle, same price, elsewhere and get the $500 difference in trade value that I had hoped. Sometimes, a consumer with an education and experience isn't a bad thing. This dealership had a solid opportunity to sell a vehicle at asking price, take on a trade with a reasonable market value sale price, and make a profit on financing. * can not comment on service dept as we've had no experience with them. I also noticed I was told my credit score was pulled from two resources however only given 1 report, which was the lower report! I had to ask how may they pulled and to get both scores. Which at first made me think I could only get the higher rate they tried pulling on me. Again just watch for these two issues. More

We then were going over paperwork and noticed that the "sale price" was for A LOT more than we had beed told. As we had concentrated on payment following the initial quote, we didn't think much of it. We were close to our budget of $200 a month. We were a bit distracted with our daughter whom had come along for the shopping trip, and when processing through the finance department, the paperwork wasn't gone into detail very much. As you can imagine when we realized what we thought we were charged, we were upset. I originally posted a negative review on this site. Within an hour Kenny Ross had contacted my wife. I in turn returned their call and spoke with our final sales person Keith. He explained all of the differences and mentioned that indeed we did get the original price quote, the paperwork was showing totals, including interest, extended warranties and incidentals. Because the buyers order hadn't been gone through thoroughly we thought we were charged much more than we actually were. I will take partial fault as we were distracted, however I think that sometimes complacency gets us all, and we forget to do the small things. I am pleased with the response i received from Keith and thank him for taking the time to ensure that I am satisfied with the purchase. I cannot attest more than average, on Quality of Work as they have not worked on a vehicle that I have owned. I would most likely buy another vehicle from Kenny Ross in the future. More

We are very pleased with our lease on a 2014 Equinox. The vehicle is beautiful and exactly what we wanted but were afraid to ask for! Rob was fun to work with, and listened to our concerns and needs before taking us out on the lot. Both Rob and Darlene made us feel respected, and we never felt pressured into a deal. This is our second car purchase at Kenny Ross Chevrolet/Buick. We helped our son to purchase his first car there a few months ago, and are looking forward to becoming three-time customers within the next year when we replace our van. More
