Hail Anthony After starting out with another location of a Cochran dealership I was very upset and angered by how I was treated and how shady the whole experience After starting out with another location of a Cochran dealership I was very upset and angered by how I was treated and how shady the whole experience had been. prior to visiting that certain dealership I had looked at some vehicles online and Anthony was kind enough to respond to one of my emails and stated that he was available to help me choose my next vehicle I was very turned off by Cochran itself because of my prior experience in Monroeville, but I have to tell you Anthony definitely was your saving Grace for the dealership not only was he honest and upfront with me explaining everything sometimes two or three times but he was very patient and he considered quite a few options I was trying to weed through. He walked me through this process has a great sense of humor and even though this is a serious buy he made it enjoyable and fun. It was a great experience he is to be commended he definitely was the one that turned my opinion around and no one else. His honesty needs to be commended that is a rare trait to find in anyone let alone in a car salesman. After purchasing the vehicle he sat in the car and made sure we set everything up and that I had knowledge of how to start the car and what everything in the car was for no one and I mean no one in all the vehicles I've ever bought ever showed me how to do that. I was very comfortable driving home knowing that I was familiar with the features of the car. So not only do I Pat him on the back you should as a dealership as well he was great to work with and I have recommended him to several others and I hope they take advantage of speaking with him. All-Around Excellence!! Our experience was fantastic! It started with Ben Kopp, an outstanding Sales consultant! I had seen the car I was looking for on your website, checked the CarFax report, and it's current location, which stated it was on the lot, we went to check it out. The car was at a different location; Ben and I discovered a 'glitch' in the website, but he stated he would have the car brought to the Zeleinople dealership lot in a day or so, so that I could test drive it and see it in person. What a smooth ride I absolutely loved the car! We continued to verify the information on the car, asking about the option to have a remote start installed. Ben asked his Manager to check on the package/installation options. The manager verified info. on the remote start, within hours, that it was possible and the additional cost involved.. Ben then arranged with the service department manager, Mike O'Donnell, to have it installed and we would have the installation done, then have the car detailed.....then purchase the car! After a small glitch (no 3rd party checks accepted), we completed the purchase and I was (and sill am!!) a very satisfied customer! Well when I got there I did just that and he came out and from that point on we felt like family. He has a personality that you just love.
