Great car buying experience and I felt like I got a great deal while asking to buy a truck just before closing time on a Saturday. Carl went above and beyond. We did a test drive (less than an hour before cl deal while asking to buy a truck just before closing time on a Saturday. Carl went above and beyond. We did a test drive (less than an hour before closing). He entertained a conversation about "what other cars do they have that I should I look at" . . . and he didn't seem the slightest bit annoyed (even I am annoyed at myself for doing that). He stayed late to get the deal done and it would have been reasonable to say, "lets make this happen Monday". I appreciate the experience was not rushed despite my poor timing and the truck is great. My entire car buying experience took less than 2 hours, from first phone call to driving off the lot. Next time I will arrive before 4 PM so everyone can go home on time. 5 Stars More

Carl Easley offered the best sales experience I’ve had purchasing a new vehicle. The finance department could use some lessons from Carl, they were high pressure, condescending, and just plain rude, tryin purchasing a new vehicle. The finance department could use some lessons from Carl, they were high pressure, condescending, and just plain rude, trying to get me to purchase their warranty. This is not the first vehicle I’ve purchased from Krieger Ford and never was treated by the finance dept. like I was the day I picked up my truck. I would have given Krieger Ford five stars if it wasn’t for the finance dept.. I can’t believe they would condone this type of behavior. Carl Easley is polite, easy to get along with, not high pressure and makes sure the vehicle has everything you need. It was a pleasure dealing with him. More
