I’m a returning Kia customer and traveled several hours out of town to purchase a brand‑new vehicle, with the transaction scheduled and most paperwork completed digitally in advance. Unfortunately, the exp out of town to purchase a brand‑new vehicle, with the transaction scheduled and most paperwork completed digitally in advance. Unfortunately, the experience at Kia of Beavercreek fell well below expectations. Despite advance coordination, the sales representative was unprepared when I arrived. I was assured prior to travel that all‑weather floor mats were available and included, only to be told at delivery that they had not yet arrived—despite knowing I live hours away and would not be returning easily. I had to escalate to management to get these shipped to me, that was not proactively offered while on-site. Just before leaving the dealership, I discovered that the mileage listed on the documents I signed was incorrect by approximately 145 miles. While this was later acknowledged as an error, it was not corrected at the time of delivery, and revised paperwork was sent later without being mutually re-signed, which left me uncomfortable with how it was handled. I also had to turn around and return to the dealership because temporary tags were not installed before I drove off. The most concerning issue came when checking my email, when I received an eDelivery record showing MY customer feedback stating I was “100% satisfied” with the vehicle and my experience, signed with a smiley face, which I did not submit or authorize and which is completely inaccurate. I will not be doing business here again. More
