Our experience of purchasing a Ford Edge at Whites Ford could not have been more smooth. Arrived an hour before closing just to look at the Edge they had available and ended up driving it home! Made an appointment a little over a week in advance to have the front end aligned. When I called to find out if it was completed, I was told they got started on it late and would be a while longer. I could not get the alignment completed due to some defective parts That needed to be replaced. I was definitely Disappointed when I did not hear anything about someone wanting to replace the defective parts to complete my alignment. As an ASC master auto tech myself I would have welcomed at least an estimate on replacing the defective parts to get the alignment completed. But I was asked and told nothing. Very disappointed in the Service Department! More
