This rocket ship should require a special license to drive. This is a collectible automobile. This is close to the end of an era for this engine and transmission combination that will be sought after by car enthusiasts for years to come.... and unavailable---- Crazy but true! The 2022 CT5-V Blackwing's raw numbers are staggering: 6.2 liters of displacement, 668 horsepower and 659 lb-ft of torque all sent to the rear wheels via a standard 6-speed manual transmission. Output like this might evoke bulky body-builder comparisons, but the Blackwing handles with more dexterity than its 4,123-pound curb weight and giant engine would suggest. The adaptive suspension keeps it neutral in corners, with well-weighted steering and traction control that allow the driver to have fun. If this is the end for Cadillac's gas-powered cars, It is also an era end for the manual trans as an option.
