To ensure reliable performance, the Audio Amp Assembly, 12V battery, and VCMS Assembly were replaced. After the repairs, the vehicle was road-tested and confirmed to be operating normally, with no open recalls or campaigns.In the interest of customer satisfaction, KIA agreed to repurchase the vehicle.
