HIGHLIGHTS: SPECTACULAR ORIGINAL CONDITION METICULOUSLY MAINTAINED FROM NEW ONLY 30,927 CAREFULLY DRIVEN MILES HIGHLY DESIRABLE LAST YEAR FOR THIS COLLECTIBLE MODEL RECENT SERVICE DRIVES AND PERFORMS WONDERFULLY GORGEOUS FACTORY COLOR COMBINATION ONE OF THE NICEST EXAMPLES WE'VE SEEN IN YEARS TREMENDOUS INVESTMENT POTENTIAL A DREAM FOR THE JAGUAR COLLECTOR OPTIONS INCLUDE: POWER TOP CHROME WHEELS BURL WALNUT TRIM CRUISE CONTROL POWER SEATS POWER STEERING POWER BRAKES POWER WINDOWS POWER LOCKS CLIMATE CONTROL AIR CONDITIONING Originally released in 1975 to much fanfare for its eye-catching styling, remarkable comfort, and inspiring performance thanks to a 5.3 Liter V12, the Jaguar XJ-S (the dash in its name was eventually removed for the vehicles final re-design in May 1991) is a superlative machine to this day. Unfortunately, with the ongoing fuel crisis, the original XJ-S models were relatively slow sellers despite their acclaim. Therefore, in 1981, Jaguar updated the vehicle with a High-Efficiency variant of the V12 which provided not only additional fuel economy, but also more horsepower (up to 263hp for the US market). There were also styling changes both in and out, including body-color trim, new wheels, additional wood accents, and so on to lead the car into the eighties. In addition, a 3.6L inline-6 became available in 1983 for those who wished for the XJ-S style and luxury without the extra costs associated with the V12. Further updates for the 1992 model year brought updated styling and yet more standard amenities. The stunning 1992 Jaguar XJS V12 Convertible featured here is finished in Oyster Metallic over Barley (Tan) leather interior and a Brown power convertible top. This exquisite motorcar has been meticulously maintained from new and includes numerous standard amenities such as a power top, heated power seats with driver-side memory, and climate control. I personally believe the investment potential of this iconic motorcar will grow beyond your imagination. Offered to the most demanding collector, investor, or enthusiast who understands and appreciates the investment potential of this extremely rare and sought-after model.
