Just 1358 produced in a two year production run by Fords specialty Vehicle Division Kar Kraft of Dearborn, MI. The engine was specifically built to race in NASCAR. Special identification signifying such is found on the drivers side door. Our example was owned by a Ford Motor Co. engineer in Dearborn for many years. Repainted in its original Royal Maroon it still has its original interior and most importantly its original engine. Runs and drives strong! A very nice example of a historically significant muscle car.
