1963 Lincoln Continental

This 1963 Lincoln Continental convertible was purchased and imported from Canada in 2010, and subsequent refurbishment work has included repairing the convertible top mechanism, work on the engine, transmission and brakes, and repainting the body in black. Power is provided by a 430ci V8 paired with a dual-range three-speed automatic transmission, and the car is equipped with black leather upholstery as well as power-assisted steering and brakes, an AM/FM radio, power windows, and a dual exhaust system. The 430ci V8 was factory equipped with a four-barrel carburetor and was rated at 320 horsepower and 465 lb-ft of torque. Power is routed to the rear wheels through a dual-range three-speed automatic transmission and a rear axle with 2.89:1 gearing. The seller notes the exhaust system was partially replaced under current ownership and is missing two rear resonators.
