This was my first experience buying a Mercedes Benz vehicle. I reached out to MB of Princeton as I use to pass it daily on the way to work and because of co-workers experiences. Doug Greces was the salesman I worked with on my deal. I never walk into a dealership without first nailing down a general deal on any vehicle I purchase. In this regard, Doug was very patient and always responsive to my questions and concerns. Excellent job! Once the paperwork was out of the way I was turned over to Robert Lisi who introduced me to my new Mercedes and take delivery. Robert did an exceptional job explaining all the "bells & whistles" on the vehicle as well as sending me informative videos of different features. I really enjoyed my buying experience at MB of Princeton, which is something I don't normally say when buying a new car. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was polite and helpful. Thanks to the whole team for making this a great experience. More

Ed conveyed to me his commitment to getting the vehicle I wanted, and all his actions supported his commitment. He was fluent in every aspect / option of a Mercedes. He built confidence and trust in me for the dealership and the brand. Ed proactively kept in touch with me and updated me about the progress of my vehicle. Ed is a Tier 1 professional - by FAR the best sales person I’ve ever done business with. Big shout out to Puneet and Richard (patience and excellent communicator to demystify all the features) who helped deliver the vehicle. The delivery experience was excellently memorable and smooth. There were zero bumps or surprises that would leave a negative vibe when I think back about all that went in to acquiring the vehicle.
