I recently had a very disappointing experience with service advisor Melissa Ortiz. She did a poor job addressing the issue with my vehicle, replacing the bulb on the completely wrong side. When we took the car back to her, she was very rude, condescending, and did not want to address our concerns. This level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. We will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) regarding this matter. I would advise to stay away from this dealership and service Center and look elsewhere for your service where staff is willing to listen to your concerns and not be hostile. More

He greeted me at the front when I arrived and was eagerly prepared as he had the car waiting for me to test drive. After deciding it was what I wanted (under no pressure from him to make a sale), he guided me through the buying process. Less than an hour later, I was greeted by John in the finance dept stating he had all paperwork ready for me to sign. It was NOT, by any means, a grueling, long process as it sometimes can be. After signing the paperwork, I was met by David in costumer relations who made sure I was well taken care of, gave instructions on my license plate process, and made sure I rang the iconic bell!!
