Lewisville Volkswagen is the best! I spoke with Bryan over the phone the day before arriving and told him what I was looking for and the time frame of my arrival for the next day. He greeted me at the front when I arrived and was eagerly prepared as he had the car waiting for me to test drive. After deciding it was what I wanted (under no pressure from him to make a sale), he guided me through the buying process. Less than an hour later, I was greeted by John in the finance dept stating he had all paperwork ready for me to sign. It was NOT, by any means, a grueling, long process as it sometimes can be. After signing the paperwork, I was met by David in costumer relations who made sure I was well taken care of, gave instructions on my license plate process, and made sure I rang the iconic bell!! Everyone I encountered was very nice, professional, and accommodating. Thank you Lewisville Volkswagen! You have a customer for life! More

At first I was working with Jibril online but then Bryan took over. It was an amazing experience end-to-end. I was moving from Seattle to Oklahoma and traveling with a five month old and told them I needed took over. It was an amazing experience end-to-end.
