Grace was great to deal with at this DCH Millburn. I called on Saturday afternoon to inquire about a used vehicle and she said that it was still in inventory. Because I was coming from a couple hours I called on Saturday afternoon to inquire about a used vehicle and she said that it was still in inventory. Because I was coming from a couple hours away, she pulled the keys to make sure it wouldn't sell before I got there and assured me that we would be able to complete the deal that evening. When I arrived, the car was ready to go and the let my family go for a nice test drive without needing to be accompanied by a member of the sales staff so I didn't have to put my kids into the third row. Once we got back to the office, it was a very straight forward negotiation over a couple of small points and we had agreed to a price that was fair for both sides within half an hour. I brought my own financing, so I called my bank to send over the necessary paperwork and got the vehicle insured for the drive home. After a short, no-pressure trip to the finance office I handed my down payment to the cashier and they handed me the keys and thanked me for a smooth experience. My total time in the dealership was about 2.5 hours. I would be comfortable sending my mom here to buy a car and trust that she would be well taken care of.
