We are actually looking at a second vehicle to purchase at DCH since we both need to turnover our cars. My only complaint is that on the original contract we signed during our visit there was a line item stating that we were buying "glass etching" and on the final contract signed at the closing that line item stated "secured etch". The glass was not etched, as was my previous experience but there was an etching on the inside of the door column. Had I know I would have passed on this item that DCH automatically includes on the contract. More

But, we decided to take a look. Ziad Shehady greeted us warmly and spent some quality time with us showing the new improvements to the Q5. He was knowledgeable, genuinely friendly and very helpful, so much so that we left with a deal to lease the 2018 Q5! We picked up our car today, and are very happy with it. Ziad got us the color combination we wanted, the package we wanted, and topped it all off with a leisurely tutorial on all the updates.
