I’m extremely frustrated with the ongoing issues I’ve had at this dealership. I dropped my car off today at 10:00 AM for a scheduled appointment and was told the service would take approximately 90 minutes. at this dealership. Instead, my vehicle wasn’t ready until 4:00 PM — a full six hours later. This is completely unacceptable, especially with no clear communication or updates provided during that time. When I did go on the website at 3:00pm my car was not even touched which prompted me to call them. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first negative experience I’ve had here. Last year, during a routine service, a piece of my steering wheel was broken. When I followed up about the replacement part, I received inconsistent answers — from it being on backorder to it never having been ordered at all. I had to repeatedly call just to get basic information. Additionally, on previous visits for oil changes and tire rotations, I noticed that my valve stem caps were consistently not replaced. It seems like every time I come in, there is some sort of oversight or mishap. I’ve been to other Kia dealerships — specifically the Buford Mall of Georgia location — and have never had these kinds of issues. The level of service there is far superior. This visit will be my last time doing business with your dealership. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as the experience has been consistently disappointing. More

They ignore you and basically discard you. What is love about Sonia is that even after I bought the car from her, she still assisting me like when I was buying the vehicle.
