Mr. Y. Ramirez is excellent. He addressed the issue when I brought my new car in after having a message saying engine overheating. I couldn’t believe this was happening on a car less than a year old, howeve I brought my new car in after having a message saying engine overheating. I couldn’t believe this was happening on a car less than a year old, however, Mr. Ramirez saw to having a car brought in after it was towed to the dealership. Once it was determined what the cause of the engine overheating was found, Mr. Ramirez explained that it was the radiator and it had to be replaced. Therefore, they would have to send out for the part and it would be a while before the car was repaired. Mr. Ramirez made sure I had a rental as I had important medical appointments with specialist that I could not miss. He is very personable, knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and supportive. He is thorough and explaining what is wrong with the vehicle and he is very determined to make sure that his customers received the utmost care that is his goal that his customers are completely satisfied wants to prepare work has been completed. I couldn’t ask for a better service representative, who is very conscientious and has only the customer’s best interest at heart. He represents Hollywood Kia’s service department very well, and I couldn’t ask for a better person to take care of myself and my vehicle. More
