My Tundra was misfiring and the total cost to diagnose and replace the spark plugs was over $700. I thought that was a little steep. When I called in, I was left with the auto-attendant on hold for over and replace the spark plugs was over $700. I thought that was a little steep. When I called in, I was left with the auto-attendant on hold for over 10 minutes before a human answered the phone. When I came in to pick up the truck, one other customer in the room talking to service, and there were 6-7 employees on their computers behind the counter. It took 5-10 minutes to be greeted and served. There was no in person review of the inspection, and several sections left blank. It left me with the impression that my business did not matter, and I left not inspired to ever return. I have used this shop for about 15 years for my vehicles, and most experiences have been good, but the last couple visits, not so much. More

Lack of customer service, overall experience from start to finish was terrible. Took over a week to get a part in. Had a repair done there was initially told that the diagnostic cost would go towards the c to finish was terrible. Took over a week to get a part in. Will never ever go back there for any service. More
