I am sure that there is no way that all 6 of the checked off employees were involved this transaction or whatever you are impacted by. In some cases they may not have even been in the date you are talking about. I understand you had a negative experience with the dealership and we would like to work to correct that., but even if we can not, I would appreciate it if you removed the tags for the mentioned employees so they are not impacted. When an employee is tagged in a negative review or reviews for situations they were not involved in it has a major impact on their ability to build trust with new customers, even when they move on to other dealerships or other careers.
